I saw that yesterday and spent about 3 hours trying to find actual numbers but they are only broken dow into touring custom and sportster http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/..._release.hdnews&newsYear=2009&history=archive
It's way down at the bottom under shipping.
I'd like to find the #'s broken down by model.
Sales in the UK
I was in the HP Dealers on Wednesday to pick up my XR. It was the week after the Easter holiday and I noticed that every new bike in the shop had a sold sign on it. Not bad considering we are in a depression
The bloke I was talking to had sold 5 bikes himself. Apparently the only problem they now have is getting any new stock. The main European distribution warehouse in Belgium is looking pretty empty although they did still have a small number of XRs. Strangely enought more Silver ones that Black or Orange.
He said order soon or you might end up waiting a few months for your new toys.
