^^ Yikes! Don't want to cut that apex short.
Those guys are really a part of the machine.
Wow, they are really on it. My first thought was "is that the Corkscrew at Laguna Seca they are cresting?", then I noticed the hard curb and footpath, or sidewalk as most of you guys would say. Then the North West 200 caption. But 200+hp and hitting a rise like that will loft the front wheel. We used to see some of that at Bathurst when bikes were running there, particularly on the run up Mount Panorama. A famous and tragic high speed crash happened in just that kind of situation many years ago when a local racer called Dennis Neil riding a superbike for Honda Australia crested a rise and had the front wheel fall out of the forks. He had just pitted for tires etc. and the axle clamps hadn't been done up properly. He survived with numerous injuries but that was the end of his bike racing days. Great pity as he had just been contracted to ride for Honda GB.

That's Rhys Boyd on The Preston H-D bike, I think it was parted out, I know Art had some of the bodykit at some point, not sure where it ended up?

I thought I was cool like this double clutching and popping the front wheel over some railroad tracks around a corner and over a rise. The front came up a little high and I hit the rear brake. When the front slammed down my cocknballs took a hit and changed my breathing pattern for a bit. I don’t think I looked cool after that. 🤢🤢🤡🤡😂😂

Eddie would have been #7. #12 belonged to Mamola........................sometimes #2. I think that is correct. But this pic is Mamola.
I always liked Mamola.
I remember watching on tv were he was running third or fourth with no one around him.
He started playing, he would pitch it in sideways flattrack style and come out on the back wheel.
I think we are all old enough to remember Doug Domokos. If this has been repeated just chalk it up to me not doing a complete search before I post.

More on Doug’s Story

Looks to be that fancy, one year only, color of the leftover bikes sold in Brazil.
has the Cush drive as well

I do like that colour. And so stock for a stunt bike, impressive. Note the rider balancing the throttle against the rear brake to keep the front end up. Just plain unfair how skilled some of these guys are...

He doesn't even have a big ol' sprocket on the back like most stunters do.
