Vale` Private Dancer. She performed here in Melbourne one year at the Grand Prix. Tough life in some ways thanks to Ike but she overcame. RIP.

IIRC she was inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame twice. Once with Ike and once as a solo! I always dug her mini skirt . RIP Tina.

The woman was a great performer and will be sadly missed

True. But for the last 28 yrs she lived a quite life in Switzerland, even became a Swiss citizen a year or two ago. She and her husband just bought a 70 million estate at the lake of Zurich as a hideaway during pandemical times.
The aera with Ike sure was dark and miserable, but the songs she recorded during this time - led by Ike - were her best in my opinion. RIP.

RIP Tina.

Even though I was not a fan, she made it to 83 and that seems like a long life. Kind of makes you think about things. Rest in peace Auntie Entity.
