Pictures of XR Race Bikes
It’s been said that it would be good if shots of race bikes were in one thread so they don’t get lost with lots of other pics. I luuuuv the race bikes. The V&H series bikes were limited to certain mods but the bikes from other series were less confined and had room for handlebar changes and such.

Member, Greg Hutchinson (Forum name hutch56), actively races an XR in the Sound of Thunder race series, with great results, I might add.
If you do a search on his member name, you get a list of threads started by Greg. The list includes threads with some of the race results and pictures. Look here, I did all of the heavy lifting for you:

In the UK XR Trophy races bike numbers 1,2 and 3 were run by Harley Davidson UK who invited guest riders from all over the world, some were racers, some were magazine test riders and others from the biking world.
This is Guy Martin on bike 1 at Cadwell Park in 2010, his first time back out on a bike after his horrific fiery crash at the IOM TT. He did quite well!
