Hey all,

My name is Jon Mock, I've been riding bikes on and off for 40+ years, and I've had my eye on the bike for about 10 years, and finally bought this sweet, like new XR 1200 with just 1600 miles on it. So far I love it, just looking for some now old parts to help out a potential 2nd rider. A H-D Luggage Rack for XR1200 (P/N 53920-08) & Passenger Upright Kit (P/N 53976-08 XR1200) to be specific. If anybody has a connection on them, by all means let me know please :)

Thanks, and happy riding!!

Jon Mock

Welcome to the Forum from California. Nice looking XR you have there. 2009? Where in OR are you? There are other Members from there.
Very nice XR.
Welcome from Canada.
Lots of help here, just ask.
Take a look through the classifieds, I think the parts you are looking came up a little while ago.

Thanks Cory, I’m stoked. That’s from my location. I’m in the Salem OR area. I took it to the local Harley dealership, and they told me it was the cleanest XR they’ve ever seen, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor cording to them. I’m pretty lucky to have such a clean bike.

...and so it starts. Attention, and questions about the XR1200. It never ends, and never gets old. Read up about it here, and prepare for the answers. We just ask that you don't think or inquire about t-bars or ape hangers. :ROFLMAO:

Hey!!!!! you bought your bike from Timbertown!!!! you ever eat at Half time Bar and Grill? And welcome to the forum from Oregon. :giggle:
welcome and gorgeous bike!!! I actually pick my XR up tomorrow and it comes with a EXTRA rear rack, not sure if it also has a extra back rest but wouldn't surprise me if it did. I'll get back to you after i am back in ky and rested up from this turn and burn trip to Md to get the bike.

Thanks for the kind welcome. I've lived in Oregon for 50 years, and I actually bought the bike from a private party in Peoria AZ. I've not heard of that bar, is it in Salem?
