OK, after an intense search I finally found a tail bag, actually got 2. Since I don't need 2 but do need a new rear tire, one must go. I'm going to ask for what I need.

Used XR1200 Tail Bag/Back Pack. All zippers function properly, seams are all good, all straps accounted for.
Strap on your bike then on your back, too easy.
Note the black material in the bag is an access pouch which opens through a flap on the back of the pack (see 2nd pic). Pics below.
