Finally got the Sato frame slider on. Went the usual way, one step forward two back.
First remove horn, one screw cross threaded. Then had to remove the O2 sensor and found my torx socket still would not fit.
With all the closures, had to order a torx bit online. All good now.
Now to put on the Rox risers and Buitlwell Tracker bars and change out the brake lines. (when everything gets here)

When you put on the Biltwell bars you will want a shorter cable .

Already have the cables on. Had the Bitwell bars on before and liked them, but found the reach to long for me.
Tried the [email protected] 2" rise bars from the race kit. Better, but I have issues with my right arm ( missent youth) and now I am going to try the Trackers with Rox 3" risers. Besides I like to tinker, afteral this a "STARTER KIT" right.

Raven (or anyone)---Talk to me about the ROX risers and the stock XR1200 plate. Is there a mounting plate that works with this weird stock clamp?

The Rox risers clamp in using the stock handle bar mounts. Then you clamp handlebars to the ROX mounts.
You need the Rox risers with the extended lug to work with the XR mount.
The nice thing is that the risers rotate in the stock mount, so you can move the bars backward or up to whatever you need.
Go to roxspeed to see more.

Today I fitted the Warrs Race Replica paint set on my bike, along with the Corbin that CT XR rider sourced and sent to me. Many thanks once more for all your help Roy.
Doesn't look too bad, the pannier brackets spoil the lines a bit and it would be better with a black belly pan instead of my Tangerine Candy metalflake one.
This is a temporary look for the bike as I have sold this paintset to the guy that owns my old Jezza Race bike. He also has a Fast Orange XR for daily use so the Replica kit will make his bikes look like twins. Once I have delivered the paintset up North I will return my bike to it's Tangerine Candy metalflake paintset with it's Corbin Gunfighter dual seat. The Corbin solo will stay in the garage until the next time I have a change of clothes.

Sam just said the same thing on Facebook. Too late though, I've spent the money he gave me! It's OK.... I still love my Tangerine Candy Metalflake.

Just wondering... Which model had the dual intakes on the airbox? I have seen a few bikes with it. Was this only on the bikes that were shipped to Europe?

I don ‘t think I’ve ever seen a dual intake.... anywhere??? Or do you mean the HPA airbox on my bike. That is available worldwide from Twin Motorcycles from Netherlands.

I believe he's referring to the 2 screens on the HPA airbox from Twin Motorcycles versus the single screen that comes on the stock airbox
