Hello, and thanks...most weight was in the HUGE exhaust system, motors, flappers, brake rotors, carbon fiber bits, removing stock turn signals, brackets, hangers, lithium ion battery,... it all adds up. Pretty much the same stuff I do on all my bikes, including the XR1200.... nearly 85 lbs removed on that one... the 17" Buell wheels & tires, and ALTH wave rotors were a whole bunch lighter than the stockers! Oh, and the stock steel XR1200 mufflers? Forget about it!!

Hello 1KPerDay.... well, I finally finished the paint and polish on the XLCR front fairing in Mirage Orange.

Here are a few phone pics with the new Gustaffson smoked bubble, new rubber trim... not the best pics, but shows the new look when dressed in orange:

I'm still buffing out the paint, but it's looking really nice so far

    Cheers,

Yepp, guess I even added some 'bling' to the VFR with the chromed rims!

I have had a few other V4 Hondas, and besides the VFR1200, still have a 1986 VF500F, and a 1986 VF1000R.... sweet bikes... I just love V-engines of all types!

Thanks! I looked around the internet for some clipons, but they looked pretty uncomfortable, even the ones with a little rise.

I put a fairly flat bar on it sort of like the one the old XLCR had, and it's all-day comfortable with the seat, peg and bar position.
