Replaced the stock clutch with SE Kit, and did the Scotty Mod. Waiting to send the forks to Ohlins to have the adjustable race series cartridges installed.
Oh, and added the coolest and best sounding Termignoni Exhaust direct from Italy. It is the “piece of the resistance” as I always say.

Really liking your bike Corey. Very nicely done. The only way it could be more perfect is if it was orange 😎

Thanks Mark, no Slow-range for me. Too flashy.

Upgraded the headlight once again with the Custom Dynamics Active Headlight. This is an awesome upgrade as you lean in the corners, it progressively lights up the inside of the turn, normally still dark. Replacing the headlight from stock, should be one of the first things Owners do.

While the forks are off and sent out to KFG Motorsports for re-prototyping the ZX10R Ohlins Cartridges (NIX 30) to fit the Non-BPF Forks used on the 2009-2001 XR1200...

...I have time to work on installing my Raptor Shift Light. Maybe not for everyone, but I have this on my other bikes and had them on my race bikes as well. Still deciding on the placement. I'll set the light to come on at 500rpm before peak HP. Still need to finish the dyno tune after the forks are complete, so I won't know where to set it till after the dyno has been complete. Raptor now has a 2-stage Shift Light for those that want to add a launch light. Not for me, but it will also work with auto-shift as well(again not for me).

Shift Light- Raptor Performance, LED Single & Dual Mode With Launch

It won't fit in the middle of the gauges, so off to the side it will go.

While waiting for the Ohlins Cartridges to be made to fit a set of X Forks, I finally got off my rusty dusty ass and installed my V&H Belly Pan.

Raptor Shift Light is on the back burner for now, as I need to hard-wire it into the harness. When the bike goes down to have the crank issue taken care of, this will be re-thought, and added.

Belly Pan clears heights of all regular curbs and parkiing lot curbs, as I have measured this at the lowest part of 6.0-6.5" without me on it, on the sidestand, with the Bunk King 1" block added (see photo above), and on a piece of 2x4, all to get it as level as possible.

Added Driven Brake and Clutch Lever Guards. Might not be for everyone, but it has the look I want.

Lastly, I still plan to do the oil pump cover modification as Jeremy Connors did to his.
