    Default Terry Vance Interview

Making the point that they are in it for the long haul.

Interesting that throughout the interview he refers to the "Polaris bikes", never mentions the name Indian.

    Three Indians to crash out.

But that still leaves that lone Yama-hammer out there.

The test of the motorcycle is the satisfaction it gives you. There isn't any other test. If the motorcycle produces tranquility it's right. If it disturbs you it's wrong, until either the motorcycle or your mind is changed.

He does use the name Indian twice in the first sentence or so, but lets be honest, they are Polaris bikes, the engine is closer to the now defunct Victory line than anything "Indian".

I stand corrected, he does call them Indians at the beginning. I get the point you're making, but I rather doubt that anyone, (except Terry Vance) will call them Polaris bikes. If he had called them "purpose-built" bikes, I think he would have made a very valid point, but from the standpoint of most of the fans, they won't look further than the name on the tank.
